We're here to help you find your focus.
Gita Focus uses Apple's built-in Screen Time (Family Controls) framework. You choose which apps to block, and when you open one, Gita Focus shows you a shloka from the Bhagavad Gita. Reading and reflecting on it unlocks the app for your set duration.
Blocking and unlocking apps is only possible through Apple's Screen Time permission. It runs entirely on your device — Gita Focus never sees a list of your apps or your usage. You can review or revoke this anytime in Settings → Screen Time.
Open Gita Focus, go to your app selection, and pick the apps or categories you find distracting. You can update this list whenever you like as your habits change.
Streaks reward consistency, not perfection. If you miss a day your streak resets, but your total reflections are always remembered. The goal is gentle, lasting progress — not pressure.
Gita Focus draws on the wisdom of the Bhagavad Gita and is built to be welcoming and non-sectarian. The verses are presented as timeless reflections on focus, duty, and stillness — anyone seeking calm and clarity is welcome.
Subscriptions are handled by Apple. On your iPhone, open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, select Gita Focus, and you can change or cancel from there. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the period ends.
Open Gita Focus and tap Restore Purchases in settings, signed in with the same Apple ID you used to buy. Your premium access will be restored.
